It seems like everyone in the business world is hitting the increase button lately and we're all feeling the squeeze
We understand that any price increase can be frustrating for our clients, but I'm here to explain WHY we've made this difficult decision and where we're adding value back to you
1. Employee Wages
Firstly, we take pride in paying our employees above average wages. This is because we believe that the high pressure and skilled work required for special events deserves recognition, and we want to ensure that we retain the best employees possible. Our crew is incredible and they give up their weekends/evenings to pull off amazingly beautiful events (many times in the blistering heat and pouring rain!)
2. Client Service
The last few years (especially post-pandemic) we have executed an astounding 30+ weddings per year in addition to other projects such as galas, vendor expos, and festivals.
What these years have taught us is that while we'd like to serve everyone, we physically cannot. With that, starting in 2024 we are going to be limiting the number of events during our busiest months to take time for regrouping and rest. This extra time will also allow us to continue to provide our current clients with a high level of service including weekend and evening appointments and prompt turnaround on proposals, questions, and inquiries.
3. Cost of Doing Business
Working with materials that are fragile and perishable requires tools and equipment you can rely upon during the busy wedding season. Our studio space as well as our floral coolers provide the perfect environment for the care and handling of our flowers as well as storage for our large selection of rental items.
With that, the price of electricity, rent, and the flowers themselves have all gone up. While we have tried to absorb these costs as much as possible, we have had to increase our prices to cover these expenses. We want to ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with the best possible product, and this means that we need to cover our operating costs.

We understand that this increase in prices may be difficult for some of our customers, but we hope that you can understand why we have had to make this decision. With that, we're committed to providing the most value we can when it comes to your event flowers.
