I'm Kate, the founder, owner, and chief flower officer of Fountainhead Floral Design. I remember planning my own wedding and how stressful all the decisions were (not to mention, all the opinions being constantly thrown my way).
I take the privilege of planning wedding flowers for our clients very seriously. These are memories that will live on long after their wedding day is over. I believe every aspect of the process should be enjoyable and fun and leave our couples with a sense of peace going into their big day.

I was born in a small-town, and enjoy anything that involves working with my hands from cooking to knitting. I'm a total animal lover (partial to dogs), a die-hard Grey's Anatomy fan, and I take my martinis extra dirty.

When I'm not flowering in our studio in Milford, Connecticut, I'm mommin' to three amazing little boys (and our dog Pippa).

I deeply love all things grandma candy. Think black licorice, spice drops, Werther's, definitely those strawberry things with the goo inside. Yum!
I have a moderate case of kosmemophobia...fear of jewelry. You'll usually only see me wearing my wedding bands and an Apple watch and I don't even have pierced ears!
I met my husband in high school when we were 15. He drove a teal Kia Sephia and tried to teach me to drive stick...he is still trying.
