Samantha and Danny met at a work party at Sacred Heart University.

The couple chose to be married at the groom's family home. They wanted to create a cozy, relaxed atmosphere and the lush landscaping made the perfect spot for their tented reception.

Music is really important to the couple as Danny is a singer-songwriter himself. He performed a beautifully written song for his bride during the reception and then joined the Up All-Nighters on stage too.

The couple wanted to embrace elements of spring but use a warmer color palette of dusty pink, peach, and apricot.

The furniture setups throughout the lawn gave everything such a fun vibe!

Seeing the finished tent come together with the basket lanterns and the greenery was really transformational.

We were pleased to be introduced to the couple through Devon and the team at All Sett Up. Samantha and Danny made a quick decision to switch to a backyard tented wedding and we were happy to pull together a design with them in just 6 weeks.

We had to work around a family style meal on their long king tables which included large platters of food at different levels. The couple didn’t want things to be too tall but we had to keep the blooms out of the food. We scored these handmade glass Kersten vases from Accent Decor with blush pink pleated glass. They gave us a sturdy base and a little lift to let the flowers have their moment.
