A Chintz-Inspired, Nautical-Touched Wedding in Fairfield, CT | Bridget & Griffin

Bridget and Griffin

Bridget and Griffin are college sweethearts that call North Carolina home.

Griffin and Bridget met in college

The couple departed the ceremony in a vintage Bronco which perfectly matched the relaxed vibe throughout the wedding day.

The couple chose a fun palette of natural blues and greens mixed with pops of deep orange and yellow. Inspired by chintz fabric botanicals they really embraced different patterns throughout the wedding, from the bridesmaids dresses to the handmade glazed oyster shells used as place cards.

Our crew loved the bright red British post box they used to collect wedding cards.

Bridget and Griffin chose to work with an organization called Flower Again to donate their wedding flowers after the wedding.

We were referred to the couple by Krista with A Perfect Little Plan of Fairfield. For many weeks, I sought just the right shade of orangey red rose for this wedding palette. Ultimately we settled on a spicy shade called “Cayenne”. I really loved the use of a primary color palette with the addition of lime green. It was so unique and fresh!
